- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Holy crap. This is the absolute worst financial outfit with which I've ever done business. Not only have they become unresponsive, but customer unfriendly. The new phone system requires you to wade through 5 levels of auto-attendent before being able to talk to a human.
